Our FFV for this week is cauliflower! Cauliflower is related to broccoli, kale, and cabbage. Cauliflower provides nutrient support for 3 of our body systems: the detox system, the antioxidant system, and the anti-inflammatory system. It also helps with our cardiovascular and digestive systems as well, making it a vegetable one should eat on a regular basis. Cauliflower is also used in place of rice and potatoes for people who are looking to cut their starches. It is a very versatile vegetable!
