September 15 is International Dot Day! International Dot Day is a "global celebration of creativity, courage, and collaboration," inspired by the story The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds. A student doubts that she can draw, but her teacher encourages her to be brave and try. Her angry mark on the page, a small dot, was the beginning of her journey of seeing what she can do, giving her the confidence and the courage to create.

There was a recess activity organized by the Library Club to help celebrate International Dot Day. Over a hundred students visited the library to show off their creativity by doing various art projects, such as making emoji fans and candy artwork, and playing bounce off.
