RIF is a program that receives private funding to purchase books for your children. Sometimes it is from donations made by customers at Macy's or Amazon.com. They believe that getting three books into kids' hands every year from K to 3rd will give kids at least 12 books to enjoy and keep for their own libraries and pass on the importance of reading with these books.
