This week's FFVP snack is Brussels sprouts.

Brussels sprouts contain high levels of vitamin C and K, with moderate levels of vitamin B. Like broccoli, they also contain sulforaphane, which has possible anticancer properties. However, to get the most benefit of this, you need to consume the Brussels sprouts raw, as its effects are lost when boiling them. Most Brussels sprouts are prepared by boiling, steaming, stir frying, grilling, roasting, or pickling.
