Our FFVP snack this week is honeydew melon!


Honeydew melon is grown in semiarid climates from August until October. They are low in calories with no fat or cholesterol. They are rich in potassium and a good source of A, C, and complex B vitamins. Honeydew melon is also high in fiber which helps with weight loss.
