This week, our FFVP snack is kiwifruit!


Kiwifruit, or Chinese gooseberry, are high in vitamin C (twice as much as lemons or oranges!), folate acid (good for growing children), minerals that help with digestion and having clear skin, and fiber to help lower cholesterol. But did you know that it also helps people with sleep disorders? Consuming two fruit an hour before bedtime will help induce sleep. This sweet-tasting fruit is chock full of healthy things for our body!
