Just a reminder to our families that we will be offering a FREE vaccine clinic in collaboration with Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies on Thursday, May 15, from 12-2pm. Our focus is on 6th graders transitioning to 7th grade who still need to complete their required physical exams and updated immunizations. We hope this will be an opportunity you can take advantage of as it will be during the school day.
We also want to target students in other grade levels who are missing school health required physical exams or immunizations.
Consent forms have already been distributed, but if you need another one, please call or visit the health room. You can also contact us with any questions as well. Mahalo!
