WCCHC School Based Health Centers will be opening their clinics at their three main schools beginning Monday, June 15th, to provide school and sports physicals.
These appointments are available to all incoming 7th grade students who will be attending NHIS or WIS and still need a physical completed for 7th grade entry requirements and/or sports participation.
Please note that Kaiser members are excluded from these services.
Please call and schedule an appointment as soon as possible if your child still needs a physical.
