On Wednesday, the other half of third grade went. They learned about how native plants, animals, and insects arrived in Hawaii. They looked at the Kūka‘ō‘ō Heiau and learned the moʻolelo of the legend of Valley of the Rainbow.
On Tuesday, half of grade 3 went on a field trip to the Mānoa Heritage Center.
