Two of our clubs went on field trips on Saturday.

He Pūnāwai Ola Cultural Hui went to Ke Kula Kaiapuni ʻo Ānuenue in Pālolo. Ke Kula Kaiapuni ʻo Ānuenue is a Hawaiian Immersion K-12 school, and the students got to see their school and loʻi kalo. They learned about the different types of kalo and its cultural significance.


Our Leihōkū cheerleaders went to the Hawaii High School Athletic Association State Cheer Championships at the Blaisdell Arena. Kamehameha cheerleaders talked to our girls about what it takes to be a competitive cheerleader.
