Our FFV snacks this week are white nectarines! Did you know that nectarines are sometimes called "shaved peaches"? That's because they lack the fuzzy coat of a peach. Otherwise, they are from the same family. White nectarines are further distinct from yellow nectarines as they lack the acid that yellow nectarines have.
